Well, that’s a very good thing because it means that we are all doing a good job. It is just that we are doing it in a way that is less clear than the original. We are all doing a lot of things that we don’t discuss with anyone: we are all using a lot of the same tools, we are all using a lot of the same ways to kill, and we are all using a lot of the same levels of fear and hatred.
The problem with this new approach is that now you have to decide what you are doing, and what you are not doing, to do it. You need to decide whether you are going to be evil, or whether you are going to be good. There is an element of moral ambiguity in this, of course, but it is not necessarily a bad thing. It means that you have to decide your own actions as well as those of your fellows.
The thing is, there are some situations that simply do not lend themselves to killing. For instance, you can not kill someone who is holding an infant that you have killed before. Nor can you kill someone who is taking a nap. These situations are not conducive to killing. This is not to say that there are not situations in which you can do something as evil as killing, but you will soon find that it is simply not a good idea to kill anyone.
For instance, one of the rules of murder is that you must kill your victim when you have taken him out of the game. When you think about killing anyone, you are usually more thinking about who you are going to kill than what you are going to kill. You are not thinking about the consequences of killing, but simply your own desires. This is why you want to do the right thing.
This rule of murder is one that can be bent. It’s a good rule of murder because it means that when you kill your victim, you are not only doing what you want to do, but you are doing what is right, though you may not know that at the time.
Ivar may have killed Bjorn, but by his own admission he did not kill Bjorn. Ivar may have been trying to help his father kill Bjorn, but I’m not sure. Ivar may have had a plan, but I doubt it. In any case, I do not think he will be a threat to us.
There are several things that Ivar is missing. One, Bjorn has been captured. Two, Ivar’s father was planning on killing Bjorn, but when he was going to kill Bjorn, he changed his mind. (He was trying to help his father.) Three, there was a battle between Ivar and Bjorn, but that battle was just a battle for the souls of Bjorn’s family. There was never a battle in The Long Dark.
It’s a little difficult to know. Ivar is the strongest of the team, and he is the only one with enough brain power and enough leadership to get all the Visionaries of The Long Dark to surrender. It’s not like we’ve seen any evidence that Ivar is willing to fight for the people he loves, so I would expect him to go back to his family and leave the island.
