Yes, its easy to follow. The hardest part is actually making the lombard. Its as simple as adding a little water and letting it cook. Once it is done, just remove the meat from the pot and set it aside. You can add it to any type of pasta, or even soup, or even as a salad. To make a lombard, you simply need to make a sauce and add it to the meat.

The recipe as you’ve probably guessed is to start with a sauce of tomato, garlic, and onion. Next, you add the lardo and water and let it boil for about 7 minutes, then add the pasta or noodle and let it cook for about 5 minutes, until it looks like you’ve cooked it in a pot. Then, you’ll need to add the meat and let it cook another 30-40 minutes.

Now, if we were to use a lombard recipe for a soup, the soup would be made with all of the ingredients that we used for the lard, except you would add the soup in the middle. So as you would put the soup in the pot, you would start adding the meat, add some more of the soup, add some more of the meat, and then you would add the noodles.

The lombard recipe is very simple. You simply take the meat, onion, carrots, celery, celery salt, parsley, and water (this is optional), and you put them all in a pot, add the noodles, and let it cook.
