So often we think we are conscious of our surroundings and how we are feeling. We may be walking through a mall, in a supermarket, or even while on a train. These are just some of the many things people think they are conscious of. However, these are just the most simple of distractions. If we are able to pay attention to the big picture, we can find ways to make ourselves feel better.

As for emotions, I think it is much easier to say, “Look at my feeling of sadness.” than to try and describe the feeling.
